Egg Fry | Kodi Guddu Vepudu

Ingredients

  • 4 Boiled Eggs
  • 1 tsp Musturd Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Urad dal
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  • Boil the eggs in a vessel for 10mins or till we get cracks on the shell. Remove the shell, cut the eggs to two halfs and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan, add musturd seeds, cumin seeds and urad dal. 
  • When urad dal turns golden, add turmeric, salt, coriander powder and chilli powder.
  • Keep stirring and fry on a low flame till nice aroma, do not burn the masala.

  • Now place the eggs one by one to coat the masala on each egg and fry for few minutes.
  • Flip the eggs carefully and mix it to coat the masala on the other side of the eggs and fry for few more minutes.
  • Serve hot with white rice.
