Finely chop onion, cabbage, broccoli, coriander leaves and tomato(remove seeds). You can use your choice of vegetables for the rolls. Tomato adds a good taste to the rolls so don't skip it.
Grate cheese (any of your choice or mixed). Here I have used mozzarella cheese.
Slightly fry chapati or tortillas on a pan. Place the chapati or tortillas on a plate and sprinkle some cheese, broccoli, onions and tomato.
Also add cabbage and coriander leaves.
Finally sprinkle some more cheese and microwave for 1 min or untill cheese melts. You can also cook on pan till cheese melts.
We can see the cheese is nicely melted. Sprinkle salt and pepper and roll it. Repeat the same for all the chapati's.
