Masala Pav | Pav Bhaji
Pav Bhaji(a.k.a Masalsa Pav) is a popular Indian street food made with pav (bread) and vegetables cooked in spices. Pav Bhaji s garnished with vegetables and sev which adds rich color and crunchy texture.

Pav Masala 2 units Pav 3 big Carrots 1 Cilantro 1 Sev 1 tbsp Butter Channa Masala Curry 100 gms Chick Peas ( Kabuli channa) 1 big Onion 2 big Tomato 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1/4 tbsp Turmeric Powder 1/2 tbsp Chilli Powder 1 tbsp Coriander Powder 1 tbsp Garam Masala 1 tbsp Salt (as per your taste) 1 tbsp olive oil
Pav Masala Grate the carrots, finely chop the cilantro and keep it aside.
Heat the frying pan and add 1 tbsp butter.
Slit the pav to half and toast it on both sides.
Cut the pav to small pieces and place them in a serving plate
Spread the curry evenly on the pav pieces.
Garnish with grated carrot, onions, tomato pieces, cilantro.
Finally garnish with Sev and serve.
Channa Masala Curry Finely chop onion, tomato.
Cook the chick peas or kabuli channa in cooker for 3 whistles
Heat oil in a vessel, add onions and fry till onions are translucent.
Now add turmeric, salt and ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell of ginger garlic.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are nicely mashed.
Add chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala and mix well.
Add the cooked kabuli channa or chick peas and cook for 5 minutes. Adjust salt if needed and turn off the flame.
